September 2010 – Acted in the Reverse Takeover of a WOFE in the PRC held through a Hong Kong company by a United States OTCBB company and reviewed and advised on Share Exchange Agreement and related transactions and documentation.
 
September 2010 – Acted for the Purchaser in conducting legal due diligence of the acquisition of a Hong Kong company holding substantial properties in Shanghai and the closing thereof.
 
September 2010 – Applied for the appointment of receivers and managers of a listed company in the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HCMP 702/2010).
 
June 2010 – Prepared loan and security documentation in respect of cross-border loan transaction (middle 9-figure) for acquisition of subsidiaries/assets of a listed company in Hong Kong.
 
May 2010 – Applied for and secured the appointment of independent investigating accountants to investigate the affairs of a listed company in Hong Kong (HCMP702/2010).
 
April 2010 – Commenced proceedings under S. 168A of the Companies Ordinance on behalf of a substantial shareholder in a listed company in Hong Kong in respect of the unfairly prejudicial conduct to the shareholders of the listed company (HCMP 702/2010).
 
March 2010 – Commenced proceedings under S. 168A of the Companies Ordinance on behalf of a shareholder of a company in Hong Kong carrying the business of a world renowned Chinese restaurant serving top quality Cantonese cuisine in respect of the unfairly prejudicial conduct to the shareholders of the company (HCMP 438/2010).
 
January 2010 – Act as legal adviser of Luck Continent Limited in the General Offer for the shares in C Y Foundation Group Limited (Stock Code 1182).
 
January 2010 – Successfully opposed the defendants’ application to discharge the ex parte interlocutory injunctions restraining disposal of securities in a listed company in Hong Kong and for interim delivery up of certificates for the securities, with costs against the defendants (Judgment dated 13/1/2010 of DHCJ Carlson in HCA 2246/2009).
 
December 2009 – Obtained award for significant damages in arbitration proceeding in Hong Kong against a giant PRC State-owned Corporation for breach of contract of international sale of goods.
 
November 2009 – Commenced defamation action for client against a director and shareholder in companies operating a world renowned Chinese restaurant serving top quality Cantonese cuisine.
 
November 2009 – Organized a Professional Talk jointly with the Hong Kong Institute of Directors titled “The Anti-Competition Law of Mainland China and Business Strategy”.
 
November 2009 – Successfully obtained ex parte interlocutory injunctions and mandatory order for delivery up of Shares and Warrants Certificates in respect of a listed company in Hong Kong (Order dated 10/11/2009 of the Honorable Mr. Justice Suffiad in HCA2246/2009) .

April 2009 – Inter partes application for interim preservation, inspection, taking of samples and conducting of experiments of goods in an international sale of goods dispute for multi-national corporation client based in Europe pursuant to Section 2GC(1) of the Arbitration Ordinance and Order 73, rule 4 of the RHC.
 
December 2008 – Commenced arbitration proceedings for an international sale of goods transaction at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
