12^th April 2022: Commencement of HCA 344/2022 – claim against a firm of solicitors in Hong Kong -            breach of fiduciary duties - professional negligence - breach of the duty to exercise due care, skill              and diligence

On 12^th April 2022, we on behalf of a Hong Kong company commenced the above action in the High Court of Hong Kong against a firm of solicitors in Hong Kong for breach of fiduciary duties, professional negligence and/or breach of the duty to exercise due care, skill and diligence by the Defendant firm in acting for the Plaintiff company in various legal proceedings in the High Court of Hong Kong.
