4^th March 2022:  Commencement of HCA 279/2022 – beneficial ownership of property – common                intention constructive trust – resulting trust – proprietary estoppel

On 4^th March 2022, we on behalf of a client commenced the above action in the High Court of Hong Kong concerning the beneficial ownership of a property in Hong Kong based on common intention constructive trust, resulting trust and/or proprietary estoppel and claiming, amongst other things, declarations as to the beneficial ownership, transfer or sale of the property and damages and/or equitable compensation for breach of duties as trustee.
